I have been passionate and a strong advocate for all individuals suffering from Mental Health issues. I started as a Psychiatric RN, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health RN, obtained a Master's in Counseling, Master of Science in Nursing, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. My credentials and journey in psych formed my beliefs and values as noted below!!! The art of Empathetic Counseling involves understanding another’s perspectives and experiences, while having a deep understanding and consideration of your unique experiences, challenges and emotions.
